About the Role

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and hands-on Digital Marketing & Brand Communications Specialist with experience in a food manufacturing environment to support and grow our brand across digital and physical touchpoints. This role blends strategy, execution, and collaboration, supporting brand visibility, customer engagement, and product presentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute branding and media strategies aligned with business and product goals
  • Manage all social media platforms, including regular posts, stories, and community engagement
  • Create and oversee content creation (captions, visuals direction, blogs, short-form copy)
  • Schedule, publish, and optimize Google Ads and Facebook/Instagram ad campaigns
  • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns (newsletters, promotions, product launches)
  • Post ads, promotions, and marketing updates across digital platforms
  • Respond to direct messages (DMs), comments, and customer inquiries professionally and promptly
  • Coordinate with photographers, videographers, and influencers for product shoots and campaigns
  • Manage influencer collaborations, timelines, and content approvals
  • Provide creative input into product packaging, labeling, and brand presentation, ensuring consistency with food industry standards
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze engagement metrics, and recommend improvements

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing or brand communications within a food manufacturing or food production environment
  • Strong understanding of food branding, packaging considerations, and regulatory awareness (ingredients, claims, labeling standards)
  • Proven experience managing social media platforms, paid ads, and email marketing tools
  • Excellent writing skills for blogs, captions, and marketing communications
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners
  • Experience working with consumer packaged goods (CPG) brands is a strong asset

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $38,665.31-$58,476.59 per year
