Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycles, from initiation to completion, ensuring successful delivery on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Develop detailed project plans, allocate resources, and track project progress to ensure milestones are achieved.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, providing proactive solutions.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to provide regular updates on project status.
  • Coordinate and manage resources, schedules, and budgets, ensuring projects are completed according to specifications.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment, ensuring alignment with company goals and client needs.

Candidate Qualifications:

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello).
  • PMP or similar project management certification is preferred.
  • Fluency in English and French is an asset.
