Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an AI Automation Expert located in Ottawa, ON. The AI Automation Expert will be responsible for developing and implementing process automation solutions, troubleshooting automation systems, creating and managing test cases, ensuring quality assurance, and collaborating with different teams to enhance workflow efficiency. The role requires hands-on experience in automation and a proactive approach to optimizing systems and processes.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Process Automation and Automation
  • Proficiency in Troubleshooting automation systems
  • Skills in creating and managing Test Cases
  • Quality Assurance experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience with AI and machine learning is a plus
