Description du poste
Nous recherchons un.e Auditeur principal/Lead Auditor pour rejoindre notre équipe. Dans ce rôle à temps partiel, vous serez responsable de planifier, coordonner et réaliser des audits internes et externes conformément aux normes ISO. Vos tâches quotidiennes incluront l'évaluation des processus de gestion de la qualité, l'identification des non-conformités et la rédaction de rapports d'audit détaillés. Ce poste est hybride, basé à Shawinigan, QC, avec des possibilités de télétravail.

Qualifications

• Connaissance des normes ISO : Expérience avec les audits ISO et une compréhension approfondie des normes ISO 9001:2015 (Système de Management de la Qualité (SMQ)), ISO 14001:2015 (Système de Management Environnemental (SME)), CSA ISO/IEC 27001:24 (ISO/IEC 27001:2022) (Système de Management de la sécurité de l'information (SMSI)). Vous pouvez posséder les compétences sur une seule des Normes internationales ci-mentionnées.
• Compétences en audit : Capacité à planifier, exécuter et rapporter des audits internes et externes.
• Compétences analytiques : Aptitude à analyser les processus et systèmes de gestion, à détecter les non-conformités et à recommander des améliorations.
• Compétences en communication : Excellentes compétences en communication orale et écrite pour interagir avec les parties prenantes et documenter les résultats d'audit.
• D'autres qualifications appréciées incluent la certification Lead Auditor, une expérience en gestion de projet, et une maîtrise des outils bureautiques (Suite Microsoft 365).
• Une bonne connaissance parlée et écrite du français et de l'anglais sont appréciées mais non nécessaires sauf pour la maîtrise du français qui est un prérequis au Québec.

Job Description
We are seeking a Lead Auditor to join our team. In this part-time role, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and conducting internal and external audits in accordance with ISO standards. Your daily tasks will include evaluating quality management processes, identifying non-conformities, and writing detailed audit reports. This position is hybrid, based in Shawinigan, QC, with remote work options.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of ISO Standards: Experience with ISO audits and a thorough understanding of ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management System (QMS)), ISO 14001:2015 (Environmental Management System (EMS)), and CSA ISO/IEC 27001:24 (ISO/IEC 27001:2022) (Information Security Management System (ISMS)). You may be proficient in only one of the International Standards listed above.
• Audit Skills: Ability to plan, execute, and report on internal and external audits.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze management processes and systems, detect non-compliances, and recommend improvements.
• Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills to interact with stakeholders and document audit findings.
• Other preferred qualifications include Lead Auditor certification, project management experience, and proficiency with office software (Microsoft 365 Suite).
• Good spoken and written knowledge of French and English are preferred but not required, except for fluency in French, which is a prerequisite in Quebec.
