Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse- RN or RPN- to join our healthcare team. Part-time or Full-time. Pay is up for negotiation based on your skills.

We use PS suite EMR. Experience with any other EMR is acceptable too.

Paid vacation, paid lunch hour, and free parking on site

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, demonstrating strong nursing skills, and utilizing medical terminology effectively. This role requires a commitment to patient well-being and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Duties

  • Provide comprehensive patient care, including assessments, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Monitor and record patients' vital signs and medical histories.
  • Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of patient care activities in compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
  • Stay current with advancements in nursing practices and medical technology.

Requirements

  • Valid nursing license in the state of practice.
  • Strong knowledge of patient care principles and nursing practices.
  • Proficiency in medical terminology is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Compassionate demeanor with a strong commitment to patient advocacy.
