  • Continuously assess and evolve PSP models in response to market dynamics, competitive offerings, and patient needs.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure effective integration of PSPs into brand, access, and launch strategies.

Strategic Planning & Launch Excellence

  • Lead market access and pricing components of product launch planning, including early access strategy, payer readiness, and launch sequencing.
  • Partner with Commercial, Medical, Regulatory, Supply, and Global teams to ensure integrated, timely, and high-quality launch execution.
  • Support post-launch optimization through performance monitoring, access expansion, and policy engagement.

Cross-Functional & External Leadership

  • Serve as a core member of the Canadian Leadership Team, contributing to overall strategy, culture, and execution rigor.
  • Build strong, credible relationships with external stakeholders including payers, policy influencers, industry associations, and advocacy groups.
  • Act as the primary Canadian access and pricing interface with Global Market Access, ensuring strong alignment and bidirectional insights.

Financial Management & Governance

  • Own access-related budgets, including PSP investments, access initiatives, and external partnerships.
  • Ensure disciplined governance, KPI tracking, and reporting of access, pricing, and PSP performance.
  • Support forecasting and long-range planning through robust access and pricing assumptions.

Leadership & Talent Development

  • Directly lead and develop a team including a Market Access Manager, PSP Manager, and Market Access Coordinator.
  • Provide clear direction, coaching, and performance management to ensure high standards of execution and accountability.
