Position Overview

We are seeking a driven, reliable, and hands-on Production/Operations Worker. The ideal candidate is efficient, self-motivated, and capable of contributing to continuous operational improvements. Working closely with the management team, this role supports the safe and efficient production, handling, and delivery of chemical products while helping to enhance processes, policies, and overall operational performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Package chemical and detergent products
  • Fill raw material containers with new stock
  • Label and prepare products for distribution
  • Maintain accurate product records and documentation
  • Operate a forklift to pick and move inventory
  • Load skids onto trucks; assist with unloading and storage of product
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse and equipment
  • Assist in shipping and receiving activities
  • Communicate with sales, customer service, buyers, and operations staff regarding deliveries, inventory, and inquiries
  • Provide professional customer service at the reception counter when required
  • Assist in developing and implementing new processes and equipment
  • Promote and follow all safety rules and procedures
  • Complete all documentation accurately and on time
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications & Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Mechanical aptitude is an asset
  • Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Reliable, punctual, and committed to completing tasks on time
  • Ability to lift up to 70 lbs
  • Solution-focused approach with a willingness to take responsibility
  • Forward-thinking, able to identify and implement process improvements
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
  • Ability to delegate tasks effectively and support daily workflow
  • Strong team player with effective leadership qualities
  • Excellent listening skills and customer service skills
  • Adherence to all company policies, including Health & Safety and administrative procedures
