To be considered, you
MUST
have the following experience:

  • Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Expertise:
    5+ years of experience as a Functional Analyst or Product Owner specifically within the AEM ecosystem, managing large-scale web implementations.
  • Technical Stakeholder Leadership:
    Proven ability to act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), translating complex business requirements into technical specifications for developers (familiarity with HTML/CSS/JS is required).
  • Agile Environment Mastery:
    Extensive experience working in a mature Agile environment, including leading sprint planning, backlog grooming, and managing high-standard release/patch cycles.
  • Enterprise Digital Management:
    Hands-on experience managing functional requirements for high-traffic national websites, including coordination with external agencies and managed service providers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Solution Architecture & SME:
    Act as the lead functional authority for the AEM platform, overseeing integrations, security protocols, and system patches.
  • Requirement Translation:
    Partner with the Digital Marketing team to transform complex business requirements into detailed functional specifications for development teams.
  • Vendor & Agency Management:
    Coordinate with external managed service providers and development agencies to ensure delivery aligns with internal quality standards.
  • Agile Governance:
    Lead and participate in Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and backlog grooming.
  • Release Management:
    Oversee the deployment of new features and content, ensuring rigorous testing and adherence to entry/exit criteria.

Required Skills & Experience

  • AEM Expertise:
    Significant experience working with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) as a Functional Analyst or Product Owner.
  • Technical Communication:
    Ability to speak "developer" (understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript) while translating technical constraints into "business" language for executives.
  • Stakeholder Management:
    Proven experience managing competing priorities from multiple internal departments.
  • Agile Maturity:
    Experience working in a mature Agile environment with a focus on continuous improvement and high-quality documentation.
  • Analytical Thinking:
    Capability to evaluate new technologies and tools to build robust business cases for platform enhancements.

Professional Qualifications

  • Experience:
    Minimum of 6 years in a functional analysis or technical product ownership role.
  • Education:
    University degree in Computer Science, Business Technology Management, or a related field.
  • Adobe Experience Manager certification is an asset.
  • Mindset:
