What We're Looking For:

  • Licensed Hairstylist: Must hold a valid Ontario Ministry of Labour, Training and Skills Development Hairstylist License.
  • Experienced in Classic, Beautiful Hair: Skilled in lived-in colour, blonding, highlights, balayage, grey blending, and grey coverage.
  • Creative & Detail-Oriented: You take pride in your craft and love making clients look and feel amazing.
  • Team Player: You thrive in a collaborative, positive environment and enjoy contributing to a supportive salon culture.
  • Professional & Personable: You bring excellent communication and customer service skills to every appointment.
  • Motivated to Grow: You're always learning, open to education, and passionate about staying current with trends and techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional salon services including colouring, cutting, styling, and finishing
  • Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable treatments
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation
  • Educate clients on home care and retail products
  • Contribute to a positive and professional team environment
