What We're Looking For:
- Licensed Hairstylist: Must hold a valid Ontario Ministry of Labour, Training and Skills Development Hairstylist License.
- Experienced in Classic, Beautiful Hair: Skilled in lived-in colour, blonding, highlights, balayage, grey blending, and grey coverage.
- Creative & Detail-Oriented: You take pride in your craft and love making clients look and feel amazing.
- Team Player: You thrive in a collaborative, positive environment and enjoy contributing to a supportive salon culture.
- Professional & Personable: You bring excellent communication and customer service skills to every appointment.
- Motivated to Grow: You're always learning, open to education, and passionate about staying current with trends and techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional salon services including colouring, cutting, styling, and finishing
- Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable treatments
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation
- Educate clients on home care and retail products
- Contribute to a positive and professional team environment
