Overview

We are seeking a creative and passionate Artist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food industry, particularly in food preparation and service. This role requires a blend of artistic talent and practical skills to enhance our customer experience through engaging presentations and exceptional service.

Duties

• Prepare and present food items with artistic flair, ensuring high-quality standards are met.
• Operate the POS system, including Micros POS, for efficient order processing and cash handling.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and addressing inquiries.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen area, adhering to food safety guidelines.
• Assist in upselling menu items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely food service and a positive dining experience.
• Manage time effectively to meet service demands during peak hours.

Skills

• Proficient in food preparation techniques and kitchen operations.
• Experience with POS systems.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests.
• Knowledge of food handling practices and sanitation standards.
• Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
• Previous experience in the restaurant or food service industry is highly desirable.
