About the role

As a Senior Delivery Lead, you will make an impact by leading the successful delivery of Oracle ERP Cloud solutions across enterprise clients, ensuring strategic alignment, quality execution, and stakeholder satisfaction. You will be a valued member of our Oracle Solutions Practice and work collaboratively with project managers, technical architects, functional consultants, and client stakeholders.

In this role, you will

  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver Oracle ERP Cloud projects on time and within budget.
  • Oversee the integration of service fulfillment and customer service functionalities within the ERP system to ensure seamless operations.
  • Manage client relationships, ensuring alignment with business goals and delivery expectations.
  • Oversee solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment across Oracle modules.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, data security protocols, and governance frameworks.

What you need to succeed (Required skills)

  • 12+ years of experience of experience with a focus on Oracle ERP Cloud projects and implementations.
  • Proven expertise in Oracle ERP Cloud modules (e.g., Financials, HCM, SCM)
  • Demonstrate expertise in service fulfillment and customer service domains enhancing system capabilities.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working in onshore-offshore delivery models.

  • PMP or equivalent project management certifications
  • Ability to lead client workshops and deliver compelling presentations.
