Job description

We are looking for a licensed (or soon to be licensed) REALTOR to join our team as a Junior Real Estate Agent, providing outstanding real estate experience to our clients.

This role reports to, and takes direction from, the Team Leader. It is a full time position requiring some flexibility during the week for days and hours worked. This 12-month commitment will give the candidate a full year of exposure to every part of the residential real estate business.

This is a salaried position with some small opportunities for commission.

Listing Support

Schedule and meet photographer, floor plan tech and 3D virtual tour tech at listings and manage to ensure high quality marketing products

Receive scheduling requests, organize showing times with clients, and attend all showings

Answer public and realtor phone calls, and incoming leads, and respond to inquiries/requests

Draft and post listings for MLS with high accuracy and ensure client approval before launching

Conduct follow-ups on all showings, and provide feedback to clients in a timely manner

Install and remove condo boards and sold riders/stickers at listings

Provide access to listings for other purposes such as appraisals, inspections, walk-throughs etc.

Support team members in key handovers at completions

Host open houses (if permitted according to public health rules)

Manage and organize CMA searches for our client database

Keep Team Leader informed on all seller communications and developments

Buyer Support

Support team members in key handovers at completion

Conduct buyer tours with clients when needed

Experience & Qualifications

Must be a licensed Realtor in BC or about to take the licensing exam

Professional demeanor and strong communication skills

Diligent work ethic

Strong problem solving skills

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary, Internship

Contract length: 12 months

Monday to Friday

On call

Weekends

Pay: $2,000.00-$2,500.00 per month
