Full-time Hairstylist

Vibrant Salon & Spa is looking to hire a full-time hairstylist. We are looking for someone who is reliable, personable and passionate about growing their career. Vibrant strives to keep up to date on the latest trends and offers multiple education opportunities every year.

We offer health coverage including medical, dental and vision.

Salary is hourly or commission (starting at 40%) and retail sale bonuses (up to 20%)

Schedule is Monday-Friday with optional Saturday shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting clients and addressing their needs promptly.
• Perform hair styling services, ensuring high standards of sanitation and hygiene.
• Upsell products and services to enhance the client experience and drive sales.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to facilitate smooth operations.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure a positive salon environment.

Qualifications

• Licensed with the Cosmetology Association of NB
• Strong customer service skills
• Proficient in hair styling techniques
• Knowledge of sanitation practices
• Ability to upsell products and services
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience in retail sales and front desk operations

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $19.00 per hour
