Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for a Graphic Designer and Copywriter based in Toronto, ON. The successful candidate will create compelling graphic designs and copy to support campaigns, branding initiatives, and marketing materials. Responsibilities include crafting visually engaging designs, creating logos, developing cohesive brand identities, and producing high-quality copy for multiple marketing channels. Collaboration with the marketing, design, and client services teams is essential to deliver impactful messaging and visuals that align with the company's values and vision.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Graphics, Graphic Design, and Typography with a strong portfolio showcasing creative work
  • Experience in Logo Design and Branding, delivering consistent and impactful visual identities
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for clear and cohesive design and copywriting
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
  • Knowledge of design trends, print and digital media, and branding principles
  • Previous experience in the real estate or architectural industry is an asset, but not necessay.
