Overview:

Shift Technologies Inc. has developed an AI-driven all-in-one fleet management platform to enable businesses to efficiently manage their fleet operations, providing advanced features such as real-time tracking, predictive maintenance, intelligent route planning, AI inspections and more.

About the Role: We're seeking a talented and experienced Full Stack Developer to work on high priority projects for our client.

In-Person Position: 110 Sheppard Ave E, North York, ON M2N 6Y8, Canada.

Responsibilities:

-Develop and maintain front-end applications using ReactJS, NextJS.

-Design and implement back-end systems using NestJS, NodeJS, Python.

-Collaborate closely with UX/UI teams to align design and development goals

-Design and implement back-end systems primarily using Python (Fast API)

-Work with databases: Postgres, Mongodb.

-Develop and consume APIs - Rest, Fast API.

-Write clean, testable code.

-Participate in code reviews.

-Collaborate with cross-functional teams.

-Troubleshoot and debug applications.

-Stay up-to-date with the latest AI technologies.

Qualifications:

-Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience or proven experience as a Full Stack Developer.

-Proficiency in ReactJS, NextJS. Proficiency in NestJS, NodeJS, Python.

-Experience with Postgres, Mongodb.

-Proven ability to work in an Agile development environment, and familiarity with JIRA.

-Experience with version control (e.g., Git).

-Strong problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills.
