Quality Assurance Analyst

JOB DESCRIPTION

As a QA, you will ensure the quality and reliability of insurance applications, including coverage, forms, and claims systems. Your daily activities will include:


• Test Planning & Execution

○ Review and execute test cases in Azure DevOps.

○ Perform manual testing for new features and workflows.

○ Run and maintain automated tests using Selenium and TestComplete.


•
Defect Management

○ Log, track, and validate defects in Azure DevOps.

○ Collaborate with developers and business analysts to resolve issues.


• Automation & Continuous Improvement

○ Enhance automation scripts for regression testing.

○ Contribute to hybrid testing strategies (manual + automated).


• Collaboration & Reporting

○ Participate in daily stand-ups and sprint planning. ○ Provide clear status updates and risk assessments.

Work Split:


• 80% hands-on testing (manual and automated)


• 20% process improvement and long-term initiatives Tools & Environment:


• Azure DevOps, Selenium, Test Complete Hybrid testing approach in a dynamic, insurance-focused environment

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • 2-4 years of experience

  • Azure DevOps (reviewing and execution)

  • Test complete
