We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our moving company for the busy season. This role plays a key part in delivering a smooth and positive experience for our customers from first call through move completion.

Responsibilities:

Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries

Schedule moves and accurately enter job details

Communicate clearly with customers regarding pricing, timing, and services

Coordinate with drivers and movers to support daily operations

Manage emails, paperwork, and general office tasks

Handle customer concerns professionally and efficiently

Qualifications

Previous customer service or office experience preferred

Strong communication and organizational skills

Comfortable with phones, email, and basic computer systems

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented

Consistent daytime schedule

Seasonal position from April–January
