Key Responsibilities:

• Delivering exceptional barbering, styling, or colouring services to clients.
• Sharing expertise and techniques with colleagues to encourage skill development.
• Keeping up with industry trends to offer clients the best possible service.
• Educating clients about retail products and recommending solutions to meet their needs.
• Supporting shop initiatives, including team workshops and community events.
