We have developed a ground-breaking medical device for the diagnosis and treatment of the most common heart rhythm disorder, atrial fibrillation – which can cause stroke, heart failure, and other heart-related complications.
Kardium's mission is to deliver the best treatment for atrial fibrillation. To achieve this, we have developed The Globe Pulsed Field System – we have a fantastic technical team that has developed a product with strong, unique, and customer-valued differentiators versus other solutions on the market. We have built connections with key opinion leaders who are already using the Globe System and are helping to tell our story.
We are now preparing for our upcoming commercial launch. This is an exciting and significant milestone in our journey to bring this ground-breaking technology to patients.
As a member of the Business Applications Engineering team, you will support the planning, coordination, and system initiatives that enable critical business processes, while contributing to the standardization of project management practices in a regulated medical device environment.
Please note, this opportunity is a hybrid work arrangement, located in Burnaby, BC.
Meaningful work you will be a part of
You will engage in activities that develop practical and transferable skills such as:
- Support the standardization of project management practices by developing and maintaining PMI-aligned templates, tools, and SOP documentation within the Information Systems Quality Management System
- Coordinate day-to-day project activities, including meeting logistics, action item tracking, schedule maintenance, and monitoring of milestones, risks, and issues
- Maintain accurate, controlled project documentation and records to support requirements traceability, audit readiness, and compliance with document control standards
- Assist with change and configuration management activities by documenting change requests, maintaining version control, and tracking changes to key project artifacts

- Clear written and verbal communication skills to effectively support meetings, status reporting, and cross-functional coordination
- A disciplined and methodical approach to documentation, traceability, and process adherence within a quality managed environment
- A proactive, collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn, accept feedback, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
