About Us

OCD Cleaning is a small, locally owned business based in Lethbridge, AB. We're a customer-focused and collaborative team dedicated to providing professional, high-quality cleaning services with a friendly, personal touch.

We're looking for dependable, detail-oriented cleaners who take pride in their work and enjoy helping clients maintain clean, comfortable spaces.

What You'll Do

  • Clean and maintain residential homes and commercial spaces
  • Perform general housekeeping tasks: dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
  • Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other high-traffic areas
  • Make beds and change linens as required
  • Launder cleaning cloths and rags as needed
  • Maintain cleaning supply inventory and notify your supervisor when restocking is needed
  • Follow all safety and cleaning procedures
  • Communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any requests
  • Provide excellent customer service at all times

Requirements

  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle (required — you'll travel between client locations; mileage is compensated)
  • Previous experience in cleaning or housekeeping is an asset but not required — we provide training
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
  • Good communication skills in English

Job Types: Part-time, Full-time

Pay: Competitive — based on experience + mileage reimbursement

Schedule: Day shifts | Monday–Friday (occasional weekends possible)
