Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Diesel Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background with experience in servicing and repairing diesel engines, 1500 to 5500 series trucks. modifications , Lift kits and emission systems. This role involves working with and diagnose on the 3 major brands while ensuring high standards of safety and quality in all tasks performed.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on diesel engines
- Diagnose mechanical issues using schematics and technical manuals.
- Operate 1500 to 5500 series or trucks to assess performance and functionality.
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment for repairs and assembly tasks.
- Maintain accurate records of service performed and parts used.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Adhere to safety protocols while working in the shop or on-site.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Diesel Technician or similar role in automotive repair or heavy equipment maintenance.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience using hand tools and power tools.
- Familiarity with electrical systems and HVAC components is preferred.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by the job duties.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to read schematics and technical documents.
- Excellent communication skills for effective customer service interactions.

Pay: $23.33-$45.99 per hour
