Slabs Sales Representative (Base Salary + Commission)Overview

Lucent Quartz is locate at Richmond Hill, ON. We specialize in the distribution of large-scale quartz, porcelain and natural stone slabs. We are currently hiring Sale Representatives to join our team. We are actively looking to hire positive and motivated individuals that have experience and knowledge of sales. Knowledge of quartz and porcelain is preferred, however not mandatory. Our team is willing to provide training on the products.

Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with internal sales in the showroom.
  • Generate new client accounts.
  • Service new and existing clients by setting sample stands, deliver samples and marketing materials.
  • Handle client's inquiries on product availability, quality control and educate client on product and maintenance.
  • Place orders for client and coordinate with logistics on material delivery and updating clients on their shipments.
  • Assist client's with service call and work directly with service department to find resolutions for the service calls.
  • Meet and/or exceed monthly sales target and assist in collection of payments from their clients.
  • Participate in trade shows or client's events to promote our brand and slabs of materials.
  • Maintain and update travel logs for location visited and purposes of visits.

Requirements

  • Valid driving license
  • Good communication skills
  • Excellent customer service
  • Must have Outside Sales Experience
  • Work under pressure
  • Handling heavy loads
  • Must be fluent English and Chinese
  • 2+ years sales or customer service experience
