SJGHEL is seeking a Manager, Quality and Patient Relations to join our leadership team Reporting to the Director, Clinical Services, this leadership role focuses on advancing patient relations strategies and driving continuous quality improvement across the organization. The successful candidate will oversee knowledge transfer initiatives supporting the hospital's quality framework and collaborate closely with clinical and senior leaders to strengthen patient relations and strategic outcomes.

The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree in in health sciences, health administration, business administration or a related discipline. A master's degree in health care quality, health administration, nursing administration or a related field is an asset. The successful candidate will also have three to five years' experience in a hospital or healthcare setting. A quality improvement certification or methodology training is an asset.
