QUALITY CONTROL

Job summary

Under the supervision of the Project Manager, the incumbent ensures that customer specifications, quality criteria and internal quality procedures are met at all stages of construction activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Carry out the required inspections and controls, in accordance with the quality plan and associated forms and instructions;
  • Complete and approve control forms relating to the checks carried out;
  • Provide direct support to the Project Manager in the execution of his tasks;
  • Participate in the verification of materials received, in collaboration with the foremen of each discipline;
  • Update work progress tracking files;
  • Ensure compliance with procedures and processes defined in the site quality plan;
  • Maintain an active presence on the site where assigned;
  • Perform any other task related to his/her responsibilities.

Requirements:

  • A college diploma in civil engineering;
  • Valid driving license;

Experience

  • 3 years

Skills required:

  • Ability to read and understand technical drawings;
  • Planning and organizational skills;
  • Oral and written communication skills; English and French
  • Good time management skills;
  • Be autonomous, methodical, meticulous and proactive;
  • Excellent adaptability and ability to work as part of a team.
