High-End Residential Painting Sales Consultant

We are launching a new high-end residential painting division under Great North Home Services (GNHS) and are looking for an experienced in-home painting sales professional to lead sales from day one.
This is a sales-only role.
No painting. No crew management. No admin chaos.
If you've personally sold $1M+ per year in residential painting and are comfortable selling into $1.5M–$20M homes, this role is built for you.
What You'll Be Selling
- Premium interior & exterior residential painting
- Full-home repaints, detailed prep scopes, custom finishes
- High-end homeowners who value quality over discounts
- Pre-qualified inbound leads (no cold knocking)
Your Responsibilities
- Attend scheduled in-home appointments
- Walk properties and define accurate project scope
- Educate homeowners on prep, coatings, and execution
- Close profitable jobs at strong margins
- Maintain clean notes and follow-ups

Must-Haves (Non-Negotiable)
- 3+ years selling residential painting projects
- Documented $1M+ annual painting sales
- Strong face-to-face, in-home closing experience
- Experience selling into high-end residential homes
- Deep understanding of prep, scope, and paint systems
- Comfortable in a commission-only, performance-based role
- Prior sales experience in the GTA
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with premium paint brands
- Background selling into luxury or design-focused homes
- CRM or digital estimating experience
- Referral-driven sales background

Compensation
- Commission-only
- High per-deal payouts
