We are launching a new high-end residential painting division under Great North Home Services (GNHS) and are looking for an experienced in-home painting sales professional to lead sales from day one.

This is a sales-only role.

No painting. No crew management. No admin chaos.

If you've personally sold $1M+ per year in residential painting and are comfortable selling into $1.5M–$20M homes, this role is built for you.

What You'll Be Selling

  • Premium interior & exterior residential painting
  • Full-home repaints, detailed prep scopes, custom finishes
  • High-end homeowners who value quality over discounts
  • Pre-qualified inbound leads (no cold knocking)

Your Responsibilities

  • Attend scheduled in-home appointments
  • Walk properties and define accurate project scope
  • Educate homeowners on prep, coatings, and execution
  • Close profitable jobs at strong margins
  • Maintain clean notes and follow-ups

Must-Haves (Non-Negotiable)

  • 3+ years selling residential painting projects
  • Documented $1M+ annual painting sales
  • Strong face-to-face, in-home closing experience
  • Experience selling into high-end residential homes
  • Deep understanding of prep, scope, and paint systems
  • Comfortable in a commission-only, performance-based role
  • Prior sales experience in the GTA

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience with premium paint brands
  • Background selling into luxury or design-focused homes
  • CRM or digital estimating experience
  • Referral-driven sales background

Compensation
