Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and reliable HVAC Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial settings. This role requires a strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in various environments. The HVAC Installer will play a crucial part in ensuring our clients' comfort and safety through high-quality installation services.

Duties

  • Install HVAC systems according to manufacturer specifications and schematics
  • Perform ductwork, piping, and electrical connections necessary for system operation
  • Conduct system testing to ensure proper functionality and efficiency
  • Assist with troubleshooting and diagnosing issues during installation or post-installation inspections
  • Collaborate with team members to complete projects within scheduled timelines
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment adhering to safety protocols
  • Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on existing HVAC systems as needed
  • Read and interpret technical schematics, blueprints, and mechanical drawings
  • Utilize plumbing, welding, and boiler skills to ensure secure connections and system integrity
  • Provide excellent customer service by explaining system features and maintenance tips

Skills

  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including installation, repair, and maintenance procedures
  • Experience with plumbing, welding, boiler systems, and appliance repair is highly desirable
  • Mechanical knowledge with the ability to interpret schematics and technical drawings
  • Construction experience or background in general building trades is a plus
  • Familiarity with schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
  • Mechanical or mechanic experience that supports troubleshooting complex systems
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team in various environments
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to safety standards and quality workmanship

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.98-$46.36 per hour
