You will manage and nurture strategic relationships with a portfolio of Partners within the Distribution Partnerships channel. You will be the primary contact for assigned partners, driving revenue growth, ensuring partner satisfaction, and aligning partner strategies with organizational goals. You will support the Manager, Account Management, Partnerships in the ongoing account management strategy with the assigned distribution ISV partnerships portfolio. We are looking for strong communication skills across all levels, both internally and externally, along with exceptional relationship-building, organizational, and time management capabilities. You will proactively identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell Moneris products and services, develop and execute retention strategies, and maintain long-term, trusted relationships with partners. By conducting regular account reviews and collaborating with our teams to deliver tailored solutions, the Account Manager will help drive revenue growth and ensuring partner satisfaction.

Location: You will be based in our Etobicoke office, balancing in-office collaboration with remote flexibility.

Reporting Relationship: You will report to, Manager, Account Management

Your Moneris Career - What you'll do
  • Be the primary contact for assigned ISV partnerships, encouraging long-term relationships through a collaborative and proactive approach.
  • Experience balancing multiple sales opportunities to meet deadlines while maintaining quality and ensuring timely support for critical partnerships."
  • Conduct regular business reviews with assigned ISV partners to assess performance, identify and implement growth opportunities and strategies and address any service gaps.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling Moneris products and services within existing ISV partner portfolios to maximize revenue and deepen engagement.
  • Develop (in partnership with Manager) and execute strategies aimed at retaining partners, minimizing attrition, and ensuring long-term satisfaction and loyalty of the partner.
  • With the support of the Manager, participate in the renewal of ISV partnership agreements, negotiating terms that balance partner needs with Moneris' business objectives.
  • Support partner onboarding and enablement, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with Moneris systems and processes, of new partner solutions, supporting speed-to-market and service excellence.
Your Moneris Career - What you bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field of study.
  • Equivalent work experience in a related field may be considered.
  • 5+ years of experience in a Sales environment with 3+ years of experience in partner management or account management role.
  • Experience managing external partnerships in a B2B environment.
  • Experience with sales, marketing, and business development processes
  • Advanced skills in Excel with the ability to create formulas and graphs.
  • Proficiency in creating Power Point presentations to visualize data and ideas to communicate insights and strategies.
