The ideal candidate must be passionate about developing and building great teams that deliver industry-leading customer service. A solid track record of successful sales and some retail management with a jewellery background would be considered an asset.


WHAT YOU'LL DO: 

Some of the key responsibilities of this role are:

Coach, train, and develop a team of sales associatesUnderstand and strive to exceed all company sales standards Set goals and motivate the team to achieve resultsControl and meet store sales quotas and budgetsManage schedule and ensure proper staffing levelsCreate extraordinary shopping experiences by providing professional sales and service to all customers Maintain and rearrange merchandise displays Handle minor in-store repairs and jewellery cleaning Participate in and facilitate our customized training programs Follow all security and loss prevention procedures

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

Previous management experience is considered an assetDemonstrated sales excellenceThe ability to lead and work as part of a team and promote a positive work cultureExceptional customer service and communication skills A desire to build relationships and make connections with our customersPositivity, integrity, and a professional appearanceThe dedication to meet performance targets in a sales-driven environmentFlexibility to work all shifts as required, including evenings and weekends

The wage range for this position is $ $25.00 based on experience. Total remuneration is based on performance and includes an hourly rate, guaranteed commissions, and a yearly bonus based on sales levels.
