At Renewal by Andersen of [[Insert Location]], our Proxy Agents are the front line of our growth. You'll represent a nationally trusted brand, engage homeowners face-to-face, and earn commission for every qualified appointment you set. There's no cap on commission, so your income grows with your performance.

What You'll Do

  • Engage homeowners door-to-door in assigned neighborhoods
  • Start professional, confident conversations and introduce our products
  • Set qualified appointments for in-home consultations
  • Use proven scripts, talk tracks, and objection-handling techniques
  • Track activity and appointments accurately using mobile tools
  • Participate in coaching, training, and team meetings

Compensation & Earning Potential

  • $19/hour base pay to start
  • Performance-based commission (uncapped)
  • $78K target total compensation for productive agents
  • Top performers earn $100K–$120K+ annually
  • Weekly pay and clear performance expectations

This is a merit-based role: the more consistent and productive you are, the more you earn.

What We're Looking For

  • Interest in sales, marketing, or customer engagement
  • Comfortable talking to new people and working outdoors
  • Self-motivated, coachable, and goal-driven
  • Able to handle rejection and stay positive
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends

No previous sales experience required—we train the right people.
