You'll be the operational heart of the practice—leading the team, optimizing workflows, and ensuring every patient experience reflects our values. This role is ideal for someone who loves building strong teams, maintaining smooth clinic operations, and working closely with both administrative and clinical professionals.
Key ResponsibilitiesDaily Operations: Oversee scheduling, patient flow, and inventory management to keep the clinic running smoothly
Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and support front desk staff to deliver exceptional customer service
Process Improvement: Develop and refine office policies to enhance efficiency and productivity
Collaboration: Partner with clinical staff to optimize schedules, treatment planning, and overall workflow
Compliance: Ensure adherence to all regulatory protocols, infection control standards, and confidentiality requirements
Patient Relations: Address inquiries, concerns, and billing questions with professionalism and empathy
Marketing Support: Assist with patient retention and attraction initiatives
Previous experience in management or a related leadership role
Strong leadership and communication abilities
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
Proficiency in dental software and office management systems (asset)
A proactive, solutions-driven mindset
A passion for creating a positive, high-performing team environment
