About the Role

Uncle Wiener's Wholesale is looking for a hungry, driven, creative individual to work side-by-side with our COO and help push our brand to the next level. This role is perfect for someone who wants more than just a job—you want a career where you can make a real impact every day.

You'll play a key role in building our brand, increasing awareness, running Facebook & Google ads, and creating fun, engaging video content that matches our bold personality.

What You'll Do

  • Work directly with the COO on fast-moving marketing initiatives
  • Build brand awareness and grow our online presence
  • Create engaging, bold, entertaining videos for social media
  • Manage and optimize Facebook & Google Ads for growth
  • Develop creative campaigns, ideas, and content strategies
  • Track results and scale winning marketing angles
  • Help shape and evolve Uncle Wiener's brand voice
  • Brainstorm and execute new ideas weekly

Preferred Skills (Not all required — the right attitude matters more)

  • Experience with Facebook Ads Manager or Google Ads
  • Video editing for TikTok/Reels/Shorts
  • Strong social media understanding
  • Basic graphic design skills
  • Comfortable being on camera or directing others
  • Good writing and communication skills
