Job description

Our client is a top-tier firm based in Downtown Toronto. Due to expansion, they are currently looking to add an ambitious Lawyer with 5- 10 years of insurance defence litigation experience.

Your new role

In this new role you will be responsible for handling a variety of litigation files, the majority of which will involve the defence of long-term disability, life and health and occupiers liability claims.  

What you will need to succeed

To be considered for this position, you must have a minimum of 5 years' post-call experience. The successful candidate will have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and contribute to a team environment. In addition, you must have a membership in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario
