We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Pharmacy Intern to join our team. This role is ideal for a student currently enrolled in an accredited Pharmacy program, eager to gain practical experience in a fast-paced community pharmacy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist pharmacists with the preparation and dispensing of prescriptions under direct supervision.
  • Conduct patient consultations for medication delivery and over-the-counter product inquiries.
  • Perform technical duties, including inventory management, compounding, and prescription transfers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional, organized workflow.
  • Adhere to all federal/provincial regulations, including Ontario's Narcotics Safety and Awareness Act.

Qualifications:

  • Currently registered as a Pharmacy Intern with the Ontario College of Pharmacists (OCP).
  • Enrolled in an accredited Pharmacy (PharmD) program.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency with pharmacy software is an asset.
