Position Summary:

Children's Education Funds Inc. is a leading provider of Registered Education Savings Plans and is seeking a candidate for a Branch Manager position. The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a branch within Children's Education Funds Inc. This position focuses on managing the branch's operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and team development while ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The Branch Manager will also drive the growth of RESP products.

Key Responsibilities and Skills:

  • Lead, supervise, and motivate a team.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, coaching, and ensure ongoing development and training.
  • Foster a positive work environment that aligns with company values and ensures team engagement and retention.
  • Ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns regarding RESP products and services.
  • Provide clear and accurate information on RESP rules.
  • Develop and implement a business plan for the Branch.
  • Oversee the day-to-day branch operations.
  • Ensure compliance with all industry regulations governing RESPs.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on branch performance, sales metrics, customer feedback, and operational efficiency.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to make sound decisions, prioritize tasks, and solve problems effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma
  • Experience in Leadership role.
  • Proven track record of managing a high-performing team.
