Overview

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated In Home Caregivers to provide exceptional support a client in her home. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about helping others and experienced in senior care or assisted living. As an In Home Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for an individual in need by offering personalized care and assistance in a respectful and professional manner.

Duties

  • Assist client with daily activities such as showering, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide companionship and emotional support
  • Administer medication following prescribed instructions and safety protocols
  • Prepare nutritious meals tailored to dietary needs and preferences
  • Perform light housekeeping tasks including cleaning and laundry to maintain a safe and comfortable environment
  • Support mobility through safe transfer assistance
  • Monitor health conditions and report any changes to family
  • Engage clients in meaningful activities to promote mental and emotional well-being

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in senior care, home care, nursing home, or hospice settings preferred
  • Knowledge of dementia care, working with people with disabilities, or assisted living is a plus
  • Strong caregiving skills with patience, empathy, and professionalism
  • Certification or training in medication administration is advantageous but not mandatory
  • Ability to work independently while following care plans and safety guidelines
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trusting relationships with clients
  • Flexibility to adapt to different client needs and schedules

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4 – 40 per week
