As a successful candidate for this position, you are a highly self-motivated individual. In this role, you'll be using your leadership expertise to provide the following support:

  • Meet store operating policies and standards, including providing quality beverages and food products, cash handling and store safety and security, with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Engage with and understand our customers, including discovering and responding to customer needs through clear and pleasant communication
  • Prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers, including recipe changes such as temperature, quantity of ingredients or substituted ingredients
  • Creates a positive learning environment by providing clear, specific, timely and respectful coaching and feedback to partners on shift to ensure operational excellence and to improve partner performance
  • Maintains a calm demeanor during periods of high volume or unusual events to keep store operating to standard and to set a positive example for the shift team.
  • Executes store operations during scheduled shifts, including ordering inventory and sales and marketing initiatives
  • Schedule, develop, mentor and lead the Team
  • Completes financial, administrative and reporting duties
  • Available to perform many different tasks within the store during each shift

Who you are:

  • Superior written and verbal communication skills
  • Entrepreneurial mentality with experience in a sales focused environment
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to coach and mentor team partners with professional maturity
  • Possess strong organizational, time management and project management skills with a demonstrated ability to work both independently and within a team environment
  • Ability to work full time (the work regularly demands in excess of 40 hours per week) including variable hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends and/or holidays

Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 - 5 years management experience in a restaurant and/or retail setting
  • Must be a skilled communicator, with well-developed verbal, written and presentation ability
  • Must have a valid drivers license and the ability to travel to Properties
