Job Description:
L3Harris is seeking a Talent Acquisition professional to provide full-cycle recruitment efforts for our Wescam division based in Waterdown, Ontario. The ability to develop strong communication channels with internal and external stakeholders is crucial to success in this position. To achieve this, the right individual must provide "World Class Service" to candidates and internal clients, acting with the greatest amount of professionalism and expressing the highest sense of urgency.
Job Responsibilities:
- This is an onsite role based out of our facility in Waterdown
- Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners on all aspects of the talent acquisition process to include recruitment strategy, candidate identification and selection, compensation recommendations, offer extension and more
- Develop strategies using various sourcing techniques, qualify and interview candidates and present job offers.
- Provide efficient and high-touch experience for every candidate and hiring manager through all stages of the recruiting lifecycle
- Maintain accurate and updated candidate data in our Applicant Tracking System with adherence to compliance and talent acquisition processes
- Demonstrate uncompromising ethical standards, integrity and respect
- Maintain composure under pressure and deadlines
- Operate with a high sense of urgency (action-oriented)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and a minimum a minimum 6 years of prior related experience in Full Cycle recruiting with active sourcing or Graduate Degree or equivalent with 4 years of prior related experience.
- In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors
- Previous experience in agency and/or corporate recruiting
- Progressive knowledge and expertise in sourcing methodologies, candidate assessment/interviewing, selection of talent, and closing strategies (negotiations, etc.)
