The Opportunity

Our Kindersley Branch is seeking a skilled Parts Technician to join our team on a temporary basis, providing maternity leave coverage for approximately 12 to 18 months. In this role, you will handle daily parts department tasks while delivering exceptional service to our customers.

What You Bring

Required

  • Journeyman Parts Technician Certificate or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Proficiency with computer systems and inventory software
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven client-facing service and relationship-building skills
  • Valid Class 5 Driver's License with a clean abstract (required upon hire)

Assets

  • Experience in parts procurement and purchasing
  • Familiarity with oilfield equipment and terminology

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily parts department functions, including ordering, processing, picking, and delivery
  • Process customer orders and provide knowledgeable customer support
  • Ensure customer needs are met efficiently and professionally
  • Handle shipping, receiving, and inventory stocking procedures
  • Maintain accurate inventory records following established procedures
  • Uphold cleanliness and organization standards in the parts area
  • Participate in on-call after-hours service rotation as required
