Then we want you to join the Wood's Homes team.Wood's Homes is seeking a compassionate and collaborative School Support Counsellor to join our team Role Summary:This role provides front-line care and support to young people within our specialized school settings, helping them navigate challenges and build brighter futures. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, the School Support Counsellor works closely with school personnel, families, and community partners to ensure holistic support for each young person.This is a full-time position that follows the academic calendar, with scheduled breaks during Christmas, Spring, and Summer.Why Woods?
