In this hands-on role, you'll perform passenger and light truck, fleet and OTR vehicle tire removal, installation and repairs and deliver top-quality service while upholding the highest safety standards. Responsibilities:
  • Perform on-site inspections and maintenance, including checking inflation, tread wear, and overall condition to ensure tire safety, efficiency, and performance.
  • Communicate services directly with customers to provide insights and recommendations for repairs and maintenance to improve vehicle performance.
  • Deliver professional fleet, roadside, and off-site tire services on commercial and industrial vehicles, minimizing downtime with fast and efficient support.
  • Adhere to Kal Tire's safety protocols and quality standards in all tasks to ensure customer satisfaction and uphold the company's reputation for excellence.

Qualifications:
  • Experience in commercial and industrial tire installation, repair, and maintenance is considered an asset but not required.
  • Hold a valid driver's license with Air Brake Endorsement for on-site service and roadside assistance tasks.
  • Excelling in a physically demanding environment, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs to shoulder height and perform tasks efficiently.
  • Demonstrating a safety-first mindset by adhering to all safety protocols, wearing required PPE, and promoting a secure workplace culture.
  • Possessing strong technical skills and a proactive approach to solving tire and equipment challenges.
