About the Role

We are looking for a compassionate, reliable and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our client's care team. You will provide hands-on nursing care, medication administration, resident support and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care for seniors in a Long-Term Care / Assisted Living environment.

Key Responsibilities


• Provide safe, competent, and resident-centered nursing care in accordance with professional standards


• Administer medications and treatments following company and provincial guidelines


• Complete assessments, monitor changes in resident condition, and report to the RN/Charge Nurse


• Document all care activities accurately in the electronic health record (EHR)


• Assist with wound care, mobility support, vital signs, and chronic condition management


• Support residents with ADLs and promote dignity, independence, and comfort


• Work collaboratively with HCAs, RNs, physicians, therapists, and families


• Respond to emergencies and follow established protocols


• Maintain infection control and safety standards at all times

Qualifications


• Active LPN license with BCCNM(for BC)or other provincial regulator


• CPR & First Aid certification


• Experience in Long-Term Care, Assisted Living, or Acute Care is an asset


• Strong communication, assessment and clinical judgment skills


• Ability to work independently and within a team environment


• Compassionate, patient, and committed to delivering person-centered care
