Your Impact

  • Sales Support: Act as a right hand to our Sales Lead by assisting with sales development tasks, lead generation, and procurement processes to keep our momentum high.
  • Collaborative Communications: Work closely with our Marketing Lead to execute our brand voice, drafting written content and designing visual assets based on established strategies.
  • Campaign Execution: Help manage and deploy digital outreach and email marketing campaigns, ensuring our message reaches the right audience at the right time.
  • Team Contribution: Participate in team brainstorms and strategy sessions—at Compactica, your perspective is valued as we work together to scale.

Qualifications & Skills

  • The Startup Mindset: You are proactive, curious, and comfortable with evolving priorities. You enjoy the challenge of wearing multiple hats in a supportive role.
  • Marketing & Design: Experience in marketing and communications with a knack for graphic design and professional writing.
  • Tech Savvy: You are comfortable learning and navigating various digital platforms and software suites.
  • The Bonus: Previous experience or knowledge of Salesforce is considered a strong asset.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Ability to work full-time in Newfoundland and Labrador starting January 2026.
  • Legally entitled to work full-time in Newfoundland and Labrador.
  • Completion (within the past two years) of a minimum one-year post-secondary or skills-training program at a recognized NL institution (e.g., MUN, CNA, Keyin College, Get Building, etc.).
  • Not currently enrolled as a full-time student.

Program Statement

This position is funded through the Graduate Transition Initiative, delivered by techNL and the Department of Jobs, Growth and Rural Development. The initiative provides support to eligible companies that hire recent graduates into software development and tech sales roles, providing meaningful early-career experience while supporting long-term growth in Newfoundland and Labrador's tech sector.
