As a Renewal Retention Specialist, you're a collaborative insurance professional with a passion for the client experience and your team members. You will bring together your advanced personal lines insurance knowledge with strong technical skills to service clients' full lifestyle portfolio for personal lines insurance needs.

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of Personal Lines insurance experience in a service and client satisfaction-oriented environment.
  • Strong knowledge of P&C provincial underwriting criteria, portals, claims handling, handling of client inquiries
  • Insurance Broker Level 2 License preferred

  • Uncover clients' business challenges and act as a client advocate identifying their needs and providing recommendations
  • Assist clients with their insurance needs by utilizing basic knowledge of underwriting principles
