Job Overview

Rebecca's House Cleaning Service is hiring a full-time Residential Cleaner to join our reliable and growing team. This position focuses on cleaning residential homes mainly in Dartmouth, with some homes throughout HRM. Experience is not required—we provide training for candidates who are dependable and willing to meet high standards.

Pay & Raises

  • $18/hour when using a company vehicle (vehicle available for personal use)
  • Higher compensation for employees using their own vehicle
  • Raise after successful probation period
  • Yearly raises based on performance and reliability

Schedule

  • Full-time hours
  • Monday to Friday
  • No evenings or weekends
  • Homes scheduled close together to reduce travel time

Key Responsibilities

  • Clean residential homes to company standards
  • Follow cleaning procedures
  • Maintain attention to detail
  • Work independently and as part of a team
  • Be punctual, professional, and respectful in clients' homes

Requirements

  • Valid driver's license
  • Clean driving abstract
  • Must have been insured in Canada for at least one year
  • Must live in Dartmouth
  • Reliable, trustworthy, and motivated
  • Willingness to learn (previous cleaning experience is not required)
