What You'll Bring to Our Team

As a key partner in our patients' health journey, you will:

  • Provide comprehensive general dentistry services, from routine care to more complex procedures.
  • Focus on building trusting relationships with patients, ensuring they feel heard, comfortable, and cared for.
  • Collaborate closely with our skilled team of hygienists, assistants, and administration staff to deliver a seamless, high-quality patient experience.

We're Looking for Someone Who Is:

  • A licensed Dentist with a DDS or DMD degree and in good standing with the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario (RCDSO).
  • Experienced, with a minimum of 3+ years of practice experience in a Canadian dental setting.
  • Highly skilled and confident in performing all core general dental procedures.
  • An excellent communicator who naturally puts patients at ease.
  • A true team player with a positive, collaborative approach.

Schedule & Compensation Snapshot

This position offers an excellent path for growth:

  • Start: Part-time, primarily on Thursdays and Saturdays. We offer flexibility, including an option for every second Saturday if needed.
  • Growth Opportunity: We are looking for someone eager to transition quickly into a Full-Time role (four to five days a week) within two to three months, based on mutual fit and practice growth.
  • Compensation: Competitive 40% of collections, rewarding your clinical production.
  • Perks: Complimentary on-site parking is available for our team.
