Lindt & Sprüngli (Canada), Inc. is looking for a Co-op student to join our Finance team for the Summer 2026 The Finance Co-op will provide support on financial planning and analysis activities and process improvements.

This placement is for Summer 2026.

Position: Finance Co-op

Compensation: approx. $21/hr, 37.5 hrs per week

Work location: Hybrid; 4 days onsite, 1 day remote

Key Responsibilities

Financial Analysis:

  • Conduct thorough financial analysis to support key business initiatives and decision-making processes.
  • Assist in preparing monthly financial reports, variance analysis, and performance metrics to evaluate the company's financial health.

Process Improvement & Data Management:

  • Support in the implementation of CPG best practices and streamlining financial processes.
  • Extract and manipulate data from various sources to ensure data accuracy and integrity.

Ad-Hoc Reporting:

  • Prepare ad hoc financial reports and analysis as requested by management.
  • Respond to inquiries from stakeholders, providing clear explanations and insights into financial data.

Qualifications:

  • Must be currently enrolled as a student at an accredited university in a finance/accounting co-operative program with plans to return to school after assignment
  • Basic knowledge of Accounting Principles
  • Able to work independently and in collaboration with others
  • Intermediate Excel knowledge with experience using VLookup and Pivot tables
  • Strong organization skills, attention to detail and analytical skills
