About the Centre:

Welcome to The Beach Early Learning Centre Wyong  We have  caring staff, fabulous resources and educational programs for children 6 weeks to 6 years. The Beach Early Learning Centres promote the value of childhood at a time when children as capable learners and co-constructors continue their life journey. We also aim to provide children with opportunities to thrive and wholly participate in learning through guidance, relationships and resources, maximising every child's potential.  

About the Role

  • Manage the day to day operations of the Centre/s in line with company policies and procedures, meeting compliance and financial targets.
  • Create long-lasting connections with your local community including partnerships with families and use your marketing flair to strategically increase occupancy of the service.
  • Mentor and support the centre/s to Meet/Exceed the National Quality Standards

About you

  • A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification
  • Strong experience in a Centre Manager role
  • A current Working with Children's Check
  • Experienced in achieving targets and meeting safety and compliance standard
