  • Ability to hit the ground running with a project in Realization (build and test) phase
  • Demonstrated ability to drive projects forward with urgency, proactively solve problems, remove roadblocks
  • Ability to drive organizational change in close partnership with data leads and the OCM team.
  • Strong executive and business stakeholder management skills
  • Strong risk management skills
  • Proven experience developing resource allocation plans to support multiple concurrent workstreams
  • Specific and recent experience working within large enterprise ERP implementations - preferably SAP
  • Specific and recent experience with SAP BW to Google BigQuery migrations
  • Ideally the candidate has experience working with a third party system implementer and other SI's
  • Strong MS Project and Jira/Confluence skillset - responsible for daily scrums
