Realstar is currently seeking an Assistant Resident Manager 2-Person Team to join us at one of our properties in Langley. These roles come with the opportunity to live on-site, with a schedule that includes four weekdays, every other weekend, and occasional on-call evening shifts.

The Opportunity
Realstar is a leading residential property management company with over 160 properties across Canada. Our properties are clean, quiet and attract quality residents who will attest to our unique standards of service. Assistant Resident Managers play an important role in the successful operation of a residential rental building under our management.
Key Responsibilities
- Cleaning common areas of property (hallways, stairwells, amenities)
- Minor maintenance repairs and troubleshooting
- Preparing vacant apartment suites for new residents
- Providing exceptional customer service to residents and potential residents
- Assisting with leasing suites
- Responding to on-call requests
Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills
- Previous or similar property management experience (an asset)
- Display a professional/presentable appearance
- Knowledge and understanding of the safe handling of cleaning materials (WHMIS)
- Ability to perform general cleaning duties, and minor maintenance repairs
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs, items could include garbage bins, furniture, appliances or while performing snow removal duties, sometimes for extended periods of time
- Basic computer and keyboarding skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
