Job Description:

We are hiring a Licensed Security Guard to monitor and secure our yard and fleet facility. The security guard will be responsible for controlling access, monitoring activity, and ensuring the safety of company property.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and record all people and vehicles entering and exiting the yard
  • Verify authorization for entry and exit
  • Patrol assigned and authorized areas regularly
  • Maintain a log of activities, incidents, and observations
  • Report any suspicious activity or security concerns immediately
  • Ensure company rules and safety procedures are followed

Requirements:

  • Valid and active Security Guard License (required)
  • Ability to remain alert and professional at all times
  • Good communication and observation skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Reliable and punctual

Preferred (Asset):

  • Previous yard, warehouse, or industrial security experience
  • Basic knowledge of trucking or fleet operations

Work Location:

  • On-site yard / fleet facility

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.60-$18.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
